About The Position
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time RN or LPN to join our dedicated clinical team at our school based clinic in Huntsville, AR. This role involves providing quality care, supporting patients, and being a vital part of a healthcare team. As a Nurse at BMRHC, you’ll work alongside healthcare providers to deliver primary care services, direct patient care, and perform specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Every day, you’ll help improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of patients in our community.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Provide limited direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
- Perform independent procedures as allowed under Arkansas nursing scope of practice
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care
