Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong compassion and understanding of client needs
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image
• Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and address client needs with precision and compassion.
• Regularly update the Clinical Manager and office on client conditions, issues, or additional needs.
• Liaise with physicians' offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies.
• Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
