About The Position

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a casual, as needed Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room. The Registered Professional Nurse - Operating Room is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients, and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. Care for the patient post operative and discharge patient. The person will order supplies and do whatever is necessary to maintain a safe environment for patient care.

Requirements

• AS/Diploma required
• Nursing license in West Virginia required
• Must maintain required CEU's for licensure
• CPR required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certification Specialty preferred
