About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Main Operating Room. This acute care hospital is located beachside and has 266 total staffed beds. RNs typically wear navy blue scrubs, but scrubs for L&D/OR/Cath Lab are provided. Charting is done via Epic. Parking is available for a fee.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
- Must have BCLS certification.
- Must possess a valid nursing license; pending licenses are not accepted.
- Must be available to start ASAP.
- First-time nurses are not accepted.
- Must be available for on-call duties as specified.
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.
Nice To Haves
- Block schedule may be accommodated at the manager's discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Operating Room.
- Participate in on-call duties, including primary and secondary weekday and weekend calls.
- Adhere to call requirements which include specific hours and frequency.
- Utilize Epic for charting.
