About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room (RN - OR) to join our team. This position offers competitive compensation, including hourly pay ranging from $32 to $59 depending on specialty and experience, with a $6 night differential. We also provide career enhancement opportunities such as tuition assistance, assistance with obtaining professional nursing certifications, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000. Additionally, housing assistance of $1800 a month for the first 3 months is available. We are looking for experienced RNs with a minimum of one year of acute care/hospital experience. A BSN is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one within 36 months of hire. ASN degrees will be considered with solid experience. BLS is required, and ACLS is preferred. This role is open to day and night shifts and we will work with TN Visas.

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or in the process of obtaining it
• Minimum at least 1 year of acute care/hospital experience
• BSN or willing to obtain in 36 months from hire (ASN considered with solid experience)
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
