Registered Nurse - Operating Room
About The Position
This position is for an OR RN working a 4x10hr day shift. Weekend coverage is required, typically every 4th weekend with weekday coverage. On-call is required, with weekday call hours from 3pm-7am. The traveler will participate in the call rotation with staff. This role may require floating within scope to meet facility needs or float between like units/sister facilities. The facility is an Acute Care Hospital with 119 total staffed beds. Surgical scrubs will be provided. Charting is done in Epic. Parking is free in any unrestricted space. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June-November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an OR RN.
- SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
