Registered Nurse - Operating Room

About The Position

This is a travel nursing position in the Operating Room specialty at a facility in Greenville, South Carolina. The position is onsite and is a three-month contract. The schedule is 0650–1720, four 10-hour day shifts, with at least one call and overtime shift per week and 1–2 call weekends per six-week schedule. Overtime and weekends may vary based on unit need. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Flu vaccination is required, with no exemptions.

Requirements

Current South Carolina RN license.
BLS certification.
At least 1 year of EPIC experience.
Experience in Transplant, Cardio, and Vascular.
Trauma Level 1 experience.
Must not be a first-time traveler; the unit is not reviewing first-time travelers.
Proficiency with the EPIC medication system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekend call shifts.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Flu vaccination is required; exemptions are not accepted.

Responsibilities

Provide operating room nursing care, with flexibility for overtime and weekend assignments as needed based on unit demand.
Participate in the on-call rotation, including at least one call and overtime shift per week and 1–2 call weekends per six-week schedule.
