Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Nursing)
About The Position
The Registered Nurse will work in the operating room on 10-hour day shifts with variable call. The role covers orthopedic cases, including total joint procedures, ankle and hip fractures, and orthopedic spine, as well as gynecology, robotic surgery, urology, general surgery, and ENT. The traveler must be competent in all listed service areas. Block scheduling will not be accommodated. The hiring process includes an HWL prescreen followed by a direct manager interview and offer. Candidates within a 200-mile radius are subject to a radius rule. All requested time off or schedule requests must be included at submission; requests will not be approved after submission. The posting prefers candidates who can help work New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of operating room experience.
- Prior travel experience.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Competency in all listed case types and service areas.

Nice To Haves
- PALS certification.
- Ability to help work New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
