About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a surgical setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care throughout the perioperative process.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Operating Room or surgical/procedural settings preferred
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., Mako) preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
Nice To Haves
- Robotics (including Mako) – Preferred
- Total Joint Replacements – Preferred
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., Mako)
- Experience in Operating Room or surgical/procedural settings
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures and treatments
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
- Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, recovery, and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Support surgical teams across multiple specialties, including robotic-assisted procedures
- Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
