About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Circulator to join a collaborative surgical services team in Los Alamos, New Mexico. In this role, you will provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures while serving as a vital member of the operating room team. The OR Circulator will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical environment. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic perioperative setting.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Operating Room (OR) or Perioperative nursing experience preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Experience circulating a variety of surgical specialties.
  • Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative patient safety standards.
