Join Our Compassionate OP Infusion- Oncology Team! We are seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support our oncology clinical team and physicians. In this role, you will collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to educate, support, and advocate for our hematology and oncology patients. This is a highly rewarding and dynamic position that offers continuous professional growth and learning opportunities. Our clinic is home to eight providers who care for patients daily, creating a collaborative and fast paced environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of RN experience.
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
