About The Position

Position / Specialty: Radiation Oncology RN - Outpatient. Shift: M-F, 0800-1700. Weekend REQ: No. Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, we have three clinics that traveler will possibly staff. However, our biggest need is at one facility and most likely were the Travel RN will remain. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience
• Epic experience
• SC or Multi-state compact RN license
• BLS certification
• Radiation badge required

Nice To Haves

• Oncology Experience
• Outpatient clinic experience
• Chemo Cert or similar

Responsibilities

• Float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities.
• Staffing at three clinics is possible, with the primary need at one facility.
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November).
