Registered Nurse - Oncology (Nursing)
About The Position
The Registered Nurse - Oncology works in Radiation Oncology at the NHC Cancer Center. The role is based at 460 Northside Cherokee Blvd, Suite T10, Canton, GA 30115. Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position requires at least two years of recent experience in the specialty, AHA BLS, and a chemotherapy certification. Holiday coverage is required: the nurse must work two of the three major holidays—Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day—and one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve. Compliance is due by the Wednesday before a Monday start. A badge photo is required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Chemotherapy certification.
