About The Position

Outpatient Oncology / Infusion RN assignment for a 13-week contract working 8-hour day shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The RN will provide specialized infusion and oncology nursing care in an outpatient infusion center setting focused on patient-centered care and intravenous therapy services. This role includes administration of specialty medications, chemotherapy support, vascular access management, infusion monitoring, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced outpatient oncology environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current outpatient oncology and infusion experience.
• Active ONS Chemotherapy Certification.
• Active OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse).
• Active New York RN license.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Active AHA ACLS certification.
• Peripheral IV insertion experience.
• Port, fistula, and catheter management experience.
• EPIC experience.
• De-escalation training required for onboarding.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• IV Certification highly preferred.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
