About The Position

The Nurse Navigator supports lung cancer screening programs and incidental lung nodule management through clinical case review, coordination, and navigation services. This role focuses on care coordination, documentation, and follow-up management without direct patient contact, ensuring timely screening, compliance, and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• BLS (AHA or ARC) required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• 2–4 years of RN experience
• Case management or nurse navigation experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Ability to work independently in a non–patient-facing role
• Availability for weekday shifts and rotating holidays

Nice To Haves

• Oncology experience preferred
