Registered Nurse, Oncology Infusion, 32 Hours Days
About The Position
This position functions as a professional nurse, utilizing the nursing process in caring for patients from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse is responsible for incorporating general, age-specific, and unit-specific competencies into the care provided and is responsible for adherence to Marlborough Hospital standards and standards in accordance with the licensure of Registered Nurses by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and American Nursing Association. Under general supervision of the department Director and CNO, the nurse supervises, executes, delegates, and/or completes nursing care of patients.
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- ONS chemo/biotherapy required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization and organizational abilities.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Computer skills preferred.
- ONS preferred.
