About The Position
This position supports patients by responding to after-hours needs, providing skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the attending physician. The role requires autonomous work, emphasizing efficient time management. Responsibilities include all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state. If minimal after-hours needs arise, the nurse will assist with chart review or patient phone calls from home.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment.
- Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
- Designated workspace at home to assist with chart reviews if there are minimal to no after-hours needs.
- Capable of all physical demands.

- Home care experience preferred.
