Registered Nurse On Call (Alternating Weekends)
About The Position
Join Seasons Hospice as an On-Call RN (Alternating Weekends 20 hours per weekend shift) and make a difference when it matters most. Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Missouri.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and crisis-intervention skills.
- A genuine heart for hospice and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Springfield, offering timely and compassionate care.
- Deliver high-quality hospice nursing services after hours, including crisis response and death calls.
- Provide clear communication, emotional guidance, and education to families.
- Document all services accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care.
