About The Position
This role focuses on occupational health for caregivers within our facilities. Primary duties include conducting health screens for new hires, administering necessary vaccines, managing blood and body fluid exposures, providing respiratory protection training, and handling communicable disease management. This position does not involve direct patient care. The successful candidate will need to learn a new in-house EHR system, as EPIC is no longer in use.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with health screens for new hires.
- Experience with vaccine administration.
- Experience with blood and body fluid exposure management.
- Experience with respiratory protection training.
- Experience with communicable disease management.
- Ability to learn a new EHR system.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EPIC EHR system (as it is no longer used, this is a nice to have for understanding past systems).
