In this hybrid role, you'll provide patient education, review health histories, and connect patients with valuable resources all while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely or in-office based on available space. Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for those with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide patient education
