Nurses who work in the Mount Auburn float pool can float between multiple areas. Medical & Surgical and Telemetry Step Down, ICU, and Emergency Department (caring for med/surg boarders) Supporting multiple units not only expands your experience, skill, and knowledge, it also expands your earning potential.
