About The Position

Serve as an expert consultant to design, implement, and evaluate organization-wide Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs and competency initiatives. Partner with clinical leaders to assess learning gaps and develop measurement-driven educational plans that align with organizational goals. Manage performance and competency standards across multi-faceted programs, enabling interprofessional teams to practice at the full scope of their licensure. Utilize structured evaluation tools and metrics to measure learning outcomes, optimize delivery mechanisms, and ensure ongoing clinical performance excellence.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Required professional licensure at time of hire.
