Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

  • Cardiovascular experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized, high-quality nursing care during complex interventional radiology and cardiac procedures, strictly adhering to advanced clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient safety and stability.
  • Manage real-time patient care plans, closely monitoring and interpreting vital signs, hemodynamics, and cardiac rhythms to rapidly adapt interventions during high-acuity image-guided procedures.
  • Champion multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary care coordinator, seamlessly bridging communication between radiologists, cardiologists, and technologists to ensure efficient, top-tier procedural workflows.
  • Advocate for patients' post-procedure recovery by proactively evaluating discharge readiness, managing specialized recovery protocols, and educating families on post-intervention cardiac care for a safe transition home.
