About The Position

Join Community Health Network as we expand to our new campus in Westfield! Community Health Network has announced plans for a new healthcare campus in Westfield slated to open in the Spring of 2027, marking a significant expansion for the network while enhancing Community’s ability to provide access to exceptional care in central Indiana. The campus will be home to a full range of care options, from advanced critical care for adults and newborns to integrative outpatient services focused on wellness and prevention. Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU. Orientation and training may take place across multiple Community Health Network locations, including sites in Indianapolis, Anderson, and Kokomo. Successful candidates will demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, exhibit clinical versatility, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care wherever the need is greatest.
