About The Position
Registered Nurse in the NICU responsible for providing specialized nursing care to infants. This includes caring for patients with conditions commonly found in Level III-IV NICUs, such as prematurity and respiratory distress syndrome.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a Level III-IV NICU.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications.
- Valid WA state nursing license.
- Experience with EPIC EMR system.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with surgical patients and HIE.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory support for ventilated patients.
- Manage care for tracheostomy, g-tubes, and NG/OG tubes.
- Administer medications and develop care plans.
- Manage UAC/UVC and PICC lines.
- Assist in discharging patients to home.
