Requirements
- Active licensure or certification appropriate for the Registered Nurse role
- Prior experience in a Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or similar setting
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Support treatment plans and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
