About The Position

This is a Full-Time Registered Nurse position in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) or Maternity department. The role involves performing individualized patient care, adhering to clinical practice guidelines, and completing documentation and charges thoroughly and in a timely manner. The nurse will work within a case management model, collaborating with physicians for effective patient throughput. Emphasis is placed on demonstrating and encouraging team behavior, providing exceptional patient/guest experiences, and upholding patient safety and quality.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum one (1) year recent RN experience in NICU or Maternity.
Must accept and maintain a Full-Time Night Shift position in NICU or Maternity.
Must satisfy all terms and conditions of the Registered Nurse Sign-On Bonus Agreement.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Proficient computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

Experienced nurse with wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests.
