Registered Nurse - Newborn Services/Nursery (RN)
About The Position
Every baby has a first story, and as a Newborn Nursery RN at Deaconess, you'll be there to help write it. From first assessments to the journey home, you'll provide compassionate, expert care during one of the most meaningful moments in a family's life. You'll monitor newborns as they transition after birth, perform assessments, provide stabilization when needed, assist physicians with circumcision procedures, and deliver post-procedure care. You'll also educate parents on newborn care, feeding, safety, and what to expect after discharge, helping families feel confident as they begin this new chapter together. If you have a passion for caring for the smallest patients, supporting new families, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where babies can thrive, you'll feel right at home on our Newborn Nursery team.
Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
