About The Position

The NICU also offers the ability to progress in your career and further your skills. The St. Cloud Hospital’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.

Requirements

Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
BSN required within three years
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
NICU level III skill required
External candidate hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position for hiring bonus eligibility.
Must have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire for previous CentraCare/Carris employees to qualify for hiring bonus.
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months for relocation assistance eligibility.
Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it for relocation assistance eligibility.
