About The Position

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. This role is part of the Weekend Program, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 7 pm to 7 am.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• One year registered nurse experience

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
