About The Position

Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is looking for a Nurse Navigator to support our total joints program. The Nurse Navigator will be responsible for optimizing surgical patients as they prepare for total joints surgery. This position will work closely with our two total joint surgeons and their clinical support teams. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Current BLS certification
BSN Required
Certification in the appropriate specialized field within 2 years of being in the position required

Nice To Haves

3 year of nursing experience preferred
Prior Orthopedic experience preferred
Prior nurse navigation experience or clinical supervisor experience is a plus.
