About The Position
Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic MSTICU. This role functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. The Registered Nurse coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team, delegates tasks appropriately, identifies hospital resources, and serves as a clinical resource for new employees. The position demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree - Nursing
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process
- Coordinating the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team
