Registered Nurse - MSTICU
About The Position
Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit. This position is Full Time, 36 hours, working Nights. The unit offers supportive leadership, with Nursing Assistants to assist. Intensivists and NPs work alongside RNs during shifts, and Respiratory Therapy is available at night. Extra incentives are available for picking up additional shifts. The Registered Nurse is accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. They are responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year Registered Nurse experience
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree - Nursing
Responsibilities
