About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Mother Baby unit. This part-time position involves 24 hours per week, with shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekends and holidays. The role focuses on performing patient care tasks and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure the comfort and safety of patients.

Requirements

Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
Must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021) if Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position

Nice To Haves

2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred

Responsibilities

Performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for the care, comfort, and safety of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures.
