Registered Nurse - Mother Baby - Nights
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Mother Baby unit, working night shifts. This position is part of a Per Diem Level 2 schedule, requiring 73-110 hours per 6-week period. The role involves performing patient care tasks and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure the comfort and safety of patients. Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
- Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.
