The Registered Nurse applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. The nurse effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team and collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluating progress to ensure effective outcomes. The role also involves furthering professional growth through learning activities according to Board of Nursing standards.

Responsibilities
