About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The PACT team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to enable each consumer to find and live in their own residence and find and maintain work in community jobs rather than expecting the consumer to come to the program. Seventy-five percent or more of the services are provided outside of the program offices in locations that are comfortable and convenient for consumers.

Requirements

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
Valid and current driver’s license
Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver

Uses personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
