About The Position

MidState Medical Center is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for its Telemetry Unit. This unit focuses on providing excellent patient care while also prioritizing the well-being and professional development of its nursing staff. The hospital offers opportunities for nurses to practice at the top of their license, utilizing research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The Telemetry Unit Nurse Residency program provides clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities. Student nurses and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred
