About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical RN with strong post-surgical care experience who is comfortable floating and working in a fast-paced adult inpatient environment. Travel experience is required. This is a 13-week contract with possible extensions, requiring nights (6:30p-7:00a) and floating. The patient population is adults, with common diagnoses including abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, and morbid obesity (bariatric surgery). Specialty equipment includes IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes.

Requirements

• Up-to-date resume reflecting 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience.
• Documented travel experience (required).
• Skills checklist matching specialty.
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• NURSYS report verifying active NY RN license and all active RN licenses.
• RTO must be disclosed at time of submission.
• EMR experience required: Epic.

Nice To Haves
