About The Position
This is a part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit, working a rotating 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, as needed. The role is with Grand Haven Hospital, which is part of Trinity Health, a large Catholic Healthcare Organization. Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
- Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
- Evaluate and document patient’s progress
