About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. This position involves caring for a diverse range of Med/Surg patients within a 30-bed unit. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5-6:1, ensuring a manageable workload.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a level 1 trauma center or mid-large hospital.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Positive attitude and punctuality are essential.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
