Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care utilizing our advanced clinical protocols, ensuring safety and exceptional patient outcomes at every stage of the medical journey.
• Act as the central anchor for the interdisciplinary healthcare team by implementing care plans, executing physician orders, and managing precise tracking and communication of clinical changes.
• Proactively assess and coordinate comprehensive discharge strategies alongside your care team, ensuring patients and their families feel confident and supported as they transition to the next phase of recovery.
