About The Position
Espirita is seeking skilled and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join a respected healthcare facility in North Carolina. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
- Minimum 12 months recent acute care Medical -Surgical experience
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care
- Manage individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform assessments and implement evidence-based care plans
- Document patient progress and clinical interventions
- Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards
