About The Position

Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Medical Surgical Unit at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, MA. This is a day shift position working 36 hours per week. Requirements

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN accepted
Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for a variety of patient needs, including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care.
Utilize advanced technology, including telemonitoring systems.
Collaborate with a strong, well-rounded support team, including dedicated management, supervisors, and nurse educators & coordinators.
Participate in a comprehensive orientation program featuring evidence-based online education, classroom lectures, and high-fidelity simulation.
Engage in personalized, tailored orientation and career development, such as cross-training or dual department roles.
