Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Chemotherapy certification required within one year of hire; training and certification support provided
  • New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide Love + Medicine to medical and oncology patients, caring for individuals with acute and chronic conditions involving renal, gastroenterology, endocrinology, dermatology, pulmonary, infectious disease, and geriatric specialties.
  • Care for patients across a range of acuity levels, including Intermediate Care (IMC) patients requiring enhanced monitoring, advanced nursing assessment, and timely clinical intervention.
  • Partner with Palliative Care and Hospice teams to support patients and families facing end-of-life challenges while respecting cultural values and individual preferences.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, advanced practice clinicians, social workers, dietitians, CNAs, and fellow RNs.
