Registered Nurse - Medical Group Allergy/Immunology
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical Group, specializing in Allergy/Immunology. This full-time position is based at Glenbrook Hospital and involves providing direct patient care, including phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and responding to patient messages via the NorthShore Connect portal. The role requires charting in Epic, the electronic medical record system. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, including one Saturday per month. This role also involves some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
