Registered Nurse - Medical Group Pulmonary
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical Group Pulmonary team in Bannockburn, IL. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs. The nurse will provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians, handling tasks such as phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, responding to patient messages via NorthShore Connect, and charting in Epic.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
- Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
- Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
- Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
