About The Position
Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and/or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing, and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy, and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital. Important dimensions of this position consist of demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for his/her practice.
