About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the 21-bed Med/Surg unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to adult Med/Surg patients. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications and advanced nursing degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, and engagement in hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 6 Months of RN experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to adult Med/Surg patients.
- Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
