About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg department at Seton Medical Center Austin. The position is full-time and operates on a day shift schedule. The nurse will be responsible for implementing and tracking patient care plans, monitoring and communicating clinical changes, coordinating with other disciplines for holistic patient care, executing physician and nursing directives, and managing discharge planning for safe patient transitions.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience preferred
